Our Story
In 2020, our founders Alexandra Chen and Marcus Williams were running a mid-sized trading company when they realized how outdated cheque management processes were. Spreadsheets, manual tracking, and zero visibility into cheque operations were causing real problems.
They searched for a solution but couldn't find anything that matched their needs - something powerful enough for enterprise use, yet simple enough for their team to adopt quickly. So they decided to build it themselves.
What started as an internal tool quickly evolved into a full-featured platform that other businesses wanted to use. After receiving overwhelming interest from friends in the industry, they officially launched ChequeIQ in 2021.
Today, ChequeIQ helps finance teams save countless hours while reducing errors and improving cash flow visibility.
